the weekend

hey everybody!

havn't posted in awhile simply because i havn't been on a computer since friday morning. the weekend was awesome! i'll try and lay it out here for ya.

friday: left kamloops - got to abbotsford - left for seattle thirty minutes late - got to the conference. that night starfield played and did some worship sesh - that was sweet. then we sat and listened to a preacher for a bit - watched a couple skits. the one skit was amazing - about judgement day - hit hard i tell ya.

saturday: woke up and ate breakfast, did some more worship and preaching, went out and had lunch - came back - listened to some more preaching - then we went out into the city and went door to door gathering canned goods (our group got a bag with no canned goods... it had smoked cheddar logs and half eaten chocolates and asian food... you know that stuff with hardened seaweed on it? yeah. sick. haha) did some prayer and witnessing too. came back - did some more worship and listened to some more preaching. then there was the concert with superchic[k] - which was pretty good. then we headed back to abbotsford. =P

sunday: got up at 8am - went to church, met up with some friends - went to tim horton's after church. met up with a couple other friends and went to the shooting range - shot off some shotgun, handgun and sks rounds there. pretty sweet. had spagetti for dinner - soo good. met up with a couple other awesome friends i know from camp - went to ethical addictions coffee shop - which is basically the best place around for coffee. saw a couple other friends after that too. met up at the same place with some other awesome friends from camp. but they were tired so they went back home right aways... haha. then i slept. what a busy day.

monday: got up. chilled with a friend of mine that lives on my street - then headed out to surrey to meet up with another awesome friend from camp - sat in on one of his college classes - which was pretty swicked. then back to abbotsford - went to a friends house - then to another house, had dinner there. then left right aways to go meet up with (you know those tired people i talked about in sunday? yeah them) more awesome friends out in langely. then back to abbotsford - went to a friends house - watched some mr. bean and ate some sour keys. =p then i slept again...

tuesday: woah. what did i do on tuesday... ah yes. didn't do much in the morning i don't think. not that i remember anyways... in the after noon went to go meet up with an old friend for coffee out in langely - she brought along her sisters daughter savannah (sp? i have no idea if that's even spelt right...) - so that was pretty cool. she's turning four soon. =p i've known that family since i was before five years old... they're pretty cool. came back - had dinner with my mom and spent some quality time at home. the "bus" was outside - met some other friends i havn't seen for awhile - then went for coffee at ethical addictions again. then went to a friends house and watched some smallville. went back to my place and slept.

wednesday: this day i was supposed to help move a friends brother's stuff... but apparently it didn't work out... this day i slept in... had some tasty hotdogs for lunch with my mom - went bowling with a friend and a bunch of asians. pretty sweet. i am not very good at bowling... hahaha. had dinner at his house - perogies are awesome. went back to my house - got my stuff - said my goodbyes. then headed over to northview community church for their young adults night - where i was supposed to see another old friend - but he never showed up... but i got to see a few other old friends - which was still cool. then we left abbotsford and got to kamloops about quarter after two in the morning... which is about an hour and a half before i started writing this...

so now i'm tired - and going to sleep. gonna check my email and facebook first. then goodnight!
